Rachael has been training me three times a week for nearly four year. My previous trainer at another gym was frankly brutal which achieved results but caused several injuries (knee, shoulder, elbow and wrist) plus I have a whiplash injury….from a car accident! so I was a bit wary of having a Personal Trainer again . Rachael went through my injuries and focused on strengthening those areas and I have never had a squeak of pain since. I’ve religiously done 3 training sessions a week (by prioritizing it when planning my week) plus Rachael got me spinning twice a week too, which is the only cardio I enjoy and now she’s got me doing two HIITs a week too. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge, ability ……and bouncy personality as training has always been great fun (for me anyway) . The result has been a real change in body shape, massive improvement in fitness and really good technique. I’m 51 and age really does require patience to get results and dare I say it I look and feel younger now than I did when I started (and that’s what friends and family tell me). Training originally for me was about dealing with stress and letting off steam but its resulted in me having no stress ( along with some life changes and growing up) and now really enjoy the training for the results (and the banter, mainly at my expense). The combination of Rachael’s training, nutrition and real motivation along with her great personality has been fantastic and really I cannot recommend her more highly.

Button I will freely admit that exercise was never something that I was particularly interested in until I started training with Rachael. I have a really busy work schedule so having a trainer that understood that and could work with me around it was really important. Rachael does all of that and manages to keep me motivated even during the most stressful periods. Training with her in one-to-one and group sessions is always fun, challenging and highly rewarding. She has completely changed my outlook and attitude to exercising and I am seeing results in terms of both weight loss and strength. I can’t thank her enough for how much she has helped me both mentally and physically.

Before training with Rachael I would go in the gym and not really do much . She has helped me achieve a goal I never thought would be possible. I’ve been able to finally achieve the body I want without having to compromise my lifestyle. She is by far a source of therapy for me she not only coaches you towards your goals but takes the time to help you with your mind and mental health is such a big part of excercise and diet and she assists you with all of this. She is an amazing coach and someone who really does cut out all the jargon and keeps it simple so your not overwhelmed.

Been good working with Rach on changing my habits and diets. It has been a learning process for sure. She’s really relatable and flexible. I’ve found the training to be good and clear. They’re clearly thought through. There are some helpful tutorial videos on how to do the exercises so you don’t need to work it out yourself. The meal plans have been great and varied. I’ve been able to hone in on my favourite meals to have more of those. It’s about fitting in meal prep and training around your daily life. I tend to gym in the morning and having a big breakfast can be tough so we’ve found ways around that. The app is really good and clear. Straight forward to use. There’s a cool option to swap the meals if you’re not feeling something and a really quick turnaround. I really like the shopping list feature as it makes life easier when doing the weekly shop. Overall, it has been great! Rachael has been supportive and accommodating! Can’t wait to see how far we can go with my training!
